Family Optometric Associates P.C. was founded by Dr. Steven Chado in 1992. Dr. Chado has been practicing in Maryland, Virginia, and Pennsylvania for the past 27 years. He graduated from Pennsylvania College of Optometry in 1983. After working in a private practice, he established practices at the Norfolk Naval Exchange, Stafford and Fort Belvoir in Virginia.
